Responsibilities
Inform the customer on company design standards, tolerances, materials, processing standards, and incorporate standards into customers designs
Maintain relationships with customers by proactively calling meetings and presenting timelines for existing programs.
Direct successful launch activities for assigned customers and programs following company APQP process.
Work with the Sales Manager to organize customer workshops and presentations (tech days, lunch and learn) and conduct the technical side of the presentation
